Return & Exchange Policy

✅ Returnable Items

  • Clothing items (e.g., t-shirts, dresses, ethnic wear, etc.)
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact
  • Proof of purchase (order ID/invoice) is required

❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • Jewelry products
  • Rakhi and Raksha Bandhan items
  • Customized or personalized orders
  • Items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”

Exchange Conditions

  • Exchange is available for size issues on eligible clothing items only
  • Only one exchange per item is permitted
  • Exchange is subject to availability

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will investigate and offer:

  • A replacement (if available)
  • Store credit or refund if replacement is not possible

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed after the item passes inspection
  • Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via store credit or bank transfer
